The staff was really friendly and helpful, always greeting with a smile. the continental breakfast was great, with plenty of choices to start the day. the location was convenient, with a bus stop nearby for easy transportation.

The noise from the neighboring room was unbearable at night, and there was no one available to address the issue. the blankets provided were thin, making it difficult to stay warm during the cold nights.

The location of this accommodation is perfect for exploring Bilbao. The building is modern and well-maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms. There are shops and bars within walking distance, and the bus stop is conveniently located right outside. The staff are friendly and helpful.
